Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with the SAP Management of Change (MOC) module

- Proven process design experience for Asset Technical Change, SOP Change, and Document Change Control within SAP MOC

- Solid facilitation skills for planning and running process design workshops

- Ability to translate business requirements into RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) designs

- Experience collaborating with technical/ABAP teams to build and deliver SAP solutions

- Knowledge of SAP roadmap items and upcoming features related to SAP MOC

- Insight into industry standards and best practices for Management of Change

- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities





- Lead design and configuration of SAP MOC processes covering asset technical change, SOP change, and document change control

- Plan, facilitate, and document process design workshops with business and IT stakeholders

- Gather and analyze requirements; produce functional specifications and RICEFW designs

- Collaborate with technical teams to build, test, and deploy SAP MOC solutions

- Align solution design to SAP MOC roadmap; recommend best practices and improvements

- Define governance, workflows, approvals, and controls for change management

- Provide client communications, demos, and project documentation

- Advise on industry standards in the MOC area and ensure compliance alignment
