- Responsibilities

1. SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Support

- Provide functional expertise for SAP FI and CO modules in the S/4HANA environment

- Understand existing finance and accounting processes and map them to SAP S/4HANA functionalities

- Configure and support areas including GL, Accounts payable and recievables, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax and statutory accounting, Profitability analysis, Financial closing and reporting.

1. Business Requirement &
- Solution Design

- Work with Finance and business teams to understand requirements and prepare functional specifications .

- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions Participate in solution design, process mapping, gap analysis and fit-gap discussions

- Coordinate with ABAP developers for development of reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements and workflows

1. SAP Integration

- Support integration of SAP S/4HANA FICO with other modules and business systems such as MM, SD, HCM/Payroll, POS, banking and third-party applications.

- Analyse and resolve integration-related issues between SAP and external systems

- Support interface design, testing, validation and troubleshooting

- Ensure accurate flow of financial and transactional data between SAP and integrated applications

1. SAP Development &
- Testing





- Work closely with SAP technical and functional teams on RICEFW developments

- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT and regression testing

- Validate business scenarios and ensure solutions meet functional requirements

- Support defect identification, root-cause analysis and resolution

1. Finance &
- Business Process Support

- Work closely with Finance, Accounts, IT and Operations teams to understand business processes and their SAP impact

- Support month-end, year-end and financial closing processes.

- Ensure proper integration of business transactions with financial accounting.

- Assist in reconciliation between SAP and other operational/business systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA.

- Robust understanding of Finance and Accounting processes

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, development support and integration

- Experience working with SAP implementation partners and technical teams

- Good understanding of integration between FICO and MM/SD/POS/other enterprise systems.

- Experience in requirement gathering, functional specification preparation, testing and issue resolution.

- Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing or other transaction-intensive businesses will be an advantage
