About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Salon Business Manager (SBM) to lead salon operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands both people management and business growth in a premium salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of stylists, beauticians & front desk staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally
- Drive monthly revenue targets, upselling, and retail sales
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline
- Handle appointments, scheduling, and floor management
- Maintain hygiene, service quality, and brand SOP standards
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily/weekly reports
- Track inventory, stock usage, and coordinate procurement
- Plan local marketing activities, offers, and client retention strategies

These responsibilities are aligned with typical salon manager roles involving operations,



team supervision, customer service, and sales growth

Candidate Requirements

- 3–6 years experience in salon / spa management
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Valuable communication and customer-handling ability
- Sales-driven mindset with target achievement experience
- Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, Excel, reports)
- Well-groomed and professional personality
- Knowledge of salon services (hair, skin, beauty) preferred
