We are seeking a Salesforce TechnoFunctional Consultant to drive Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console enhancements with a robust focus on data hygiene, integrations, and functional consulting. This is a consultant role, not a pure developer role development experience is required but the emphasis is on functional innovation, business analysis, and multiproject delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce data hygiene initiatives: deduplication, normalization, integrity checks, dashboards, flows, and validation rules.
- Partner with business teams on requirements gathering and pain point analysis (~80% functional focus).
- Customize and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console to meet business and dataquality needs.
- Implement complex integrations (SSIS, Agentforce, MuleSoft) with clear understanding of data flows.
- Perform Sales Cloud development tasks (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, flows) alongside admin responsibilities.
- Manage 56 projects simultaneously, ensuring functional and technical stability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.




- 5+ years of Salesforce administration and technofunctional consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console.
- Handson with data management, deduplication, field normalization, reports, dashboards, imports, and exports.
- Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning frameworks, flows, validation rules, Salesforce APIs, and the Salesforce data model.
- Strong problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Note: This is a consultant role, not a developer role. The focus is on Salesforce data hygiene to streamline data for AI solutions. Candidates must have integration experience with complex systems (SSIS, Agentforce, MuleSoft) and a clear understanding of data sources. They should also have Sales Cloud development experience while handling admin tasks. The role involves managing multiple projects on requirements gathering and business pain point analysis.
