Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Sales / Service Engineers to join our team in the medical equipment industry. Candidates may be considered for Sales, Service, or a combined Sales & Service role, depending on their skills, experience, and interest.

Key Responsibilities For Sales:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and applications.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

For Service:

- Install, commission, and demonstrate medical equipment at customer locations.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service.
- Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities for service and maintenance requirements.




- Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams for technical support and spare parts.
- Maintain service reports and records of customer visits.

For Combined Sales & Service:

- Handle both customer acquisition and technical service responsibilities.
- Support customers throughout the complete product lifecycle, from product selection and purchase to installation and after-sales support.

Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in medical equipment / healthcare technology will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to hospitals and customer locations.
- A valid driving license would be an advantage.
