Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end channel sales operations across assigned regions.
* Identify, onboard and activate new education channel partners.
* Drive partner productivity, engagement and revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
* Achieve revenue and enrollment targets through channel-led sales.
* Monitor leads, conversions,
enrollments and closures.
* Execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
* Identify current market opportunities and partner networks.
* Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, operations and academic teams.
* Track partner performance through MIS and CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For :
5–10 years of experience in Channel Sales
Experience in EdTech / Higher Education / Education Services preferred
Strong experience with Online Degree / Executive Education / Working Professional Programs
Multi-city / multi-region channel partner management experience
Robust relationship management and negotiation skills
Proven ability to drive revenue and partner productivity
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
