Job description

Policy Bazaar is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of Policy Bazaar, engage with customers and drive sales conversions. The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats.
Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.




Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain robust follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
Freshers and experience both can apply.
Salary package 3.2 LPA to 4.2 LPA.
