Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business with existing and new customers in the automotive sector. Day-to-day activities include managing key client relationships, identifying market opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and delivery capabilities.

Manager will analyze market trends, track competitor activities, manage pricing and negotiation,



and contribute to branding and promotional initiatives. The role also involves preparing regular sales reports, forecasting, and collaborating with leadership to achieve revenue targets and support long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and marketing within manufacturing or automotive industries, with strong skills in customer relationship management, business development, and negotiation.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and campaign planning to support revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and presentation software to track performance and communicate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial environment, with a focus on accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of automotive components and manufacturing processes, as well as familiarity with industrial automation, is highly beneficial.
