We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Manager to build and lead our growing Solar Sales Team.
Position: Sales Manager
Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
Salary: ₹25,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance
Earning Potential: ₹35,000–₹45,000+ based on performance
Role
- Lead 2 Field Sales Executives + 1 Telecaller
- Manage leads, follow-ups & customer meetings
- Support the team in sales closures
- Monitor daily sales pipeline & performance
- Initial team target: 20 installations/month
Who can apply?
- 2–5 years of field sales experience preferred
- Strong Telugu communication & negotiation skills
- Team handling/leadership ability
- Experience in Solar, Banking, Loans, Insurance, Automobiles, Real Estate, Electrical or Agri Sales is an advantage
- Solar experience is not mandatory
