Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the automobile industry to lead sales operations, drive customer acquisition, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day sales operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Drive showroom sales and customer conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.
- Handle post-booking customer requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain proper sales documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
- Coach and guide the sales team to improve productivity and performance.

Requirements





- 7–8 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry.
- Proven experience in automobile/EV showroom sales or dealership sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust leadership, team management and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to motivate and coach the sales team.
- Good proficiency in English and Tamil language.
- Candidates with experience in four-wheeler/two-wheeler/EV sales will be preferred.
