Key ResponsibilitiesSales Manager
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and drive business growth.
- Train, motivate, and support sales team members.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Sales Executive
- Assist customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain jewellery products professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.

Sales Trainee
- Learn jewellery sales, customer handling, and retail operations.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets.
- Develop product knowledge and communication skills.
- Support customers throughout the sales process.

Telecaller / CRE
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.




- Generate leads and schedule customer visits.
- Maintain customer information and follow-up records.
- Build positive relationships with customers.

Marketing Staff – Field Work
- Conduct field marketing and promotional activities.
- Visit potential customers and business locations.
- Generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Report daily activities and leads to the management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or sales is a solid advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Freshers can apply for trainee positions.
