Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business for security guard and security manpower services.
- Identify and approach societies, corporates, industries, institutions, hotels, hospitals and other potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into security service contracts.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and requirement assessments.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders.
- Handle commercial negotiations and client follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Candidate Requirements




- 8–10+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the security services industry.
- Good understanding of the security manpower and guarding services market.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email and Internet.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Confident, skilled and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
