Job Summary

Dedicated Solutions Inc. is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead the CCTV vertical. The role is focused exclusively on sales planning, projection, and achievement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent market penetration in retail, corporate, and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for CCTV products and solutions.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections aligned with company goals.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Bhopal and surrounding regions.

- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.

- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and transparent reporting practices.
