We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can take ownership of business growth, develop customer relationships and consistently deliver sales targets.

The Opportunity
Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory
Acquire new customers and expand the existing customer base
Build strong customer and business relationships
Identify new market prospects
Lead field sales activities and achieve monthly targets
Monitor market performance and provide regular updates

Who Should Apply?
Graduation Mandatory
Minimum 2+ Years of Sales / Field Sales Experience
Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Automobile, Pharma, EdTech or any other Sales industry are welcome
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Bokaro-based candidates preferred

Location: Bokaro, Jharkhand

CTC: ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
