The Amazon Fuse team creates convenience for our customers to experience Amazon services wherever they are by acquiring partner distribution for Amazon Subscriptions (e.g., Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited) and mobile applications (e.g., Shopping, Video, Music, Kindle, Photo-Cloud Drive and Audible) around the world.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Solution Architect with deep technical expertise, business acumen, and solid leadership capabilities. This role combines the technical complexity of managing partner launches and integrations with the people leadership responsibility of building and scaling a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers and Solution Architects.

In This Position, You Will
Lead a team of TAMs & Solution Architects focused on managing technical relationships with key partners across multiple geographic locations
Own the technical strategy and go-to-market approach for Fuse partner integrations and launches




Develop world-class technical talent while driving customer success and business growth
Bridge the gap between partner requirements, Amazon product teams, and engineering organizations
Establish technical thought leadership and serve as a strategic advisor to senior partner stakeholders

You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, ensuring your team delivers exceptional results while continuously evolving in scope and capability. This role requires a self-directed innovator who is a robust communicator, able to influence and motivate teams to action, with a proven track record of managing technical teams in rapid-paced, global environments.
