MICE Sales Executive –

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven MICE Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling corporate clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating MICE events, conferences, meetings, and group travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop new corporate client relationships.
- Handle MICE inquiries and convert them into confirmed business.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, itineraries, and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, transport providers, and other vendors.
- Manage client communication and follow up on business opportunities.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive rates.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of client requirements.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MICE, corporate travel, hotels, and events preferred.
- Ability to negotiate and build long-term client relationships.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in MICE, travel, hospitality, or sales will be an advantage.
