The Role: We are looking for an Field Sales Executive to visit local retailers, secure daily orders, and manage it end-to-end for our wholesale FMCG business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales: Visit assigned shops daily to pitch products and secure orders.
- App Logging: Enter all shopkeeper orders directly into our mobile app in real-time.
- Order Tracking: Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Payment Collection: Follow up with shopkeepers to collect pending payments and update records.
Requirements:
- Experience in field sales (FMCG/retail distribution preferred).
- Tech-comfortable enough to log orders on a mobile app.
- (Not required but preferred) Owns a two-wheeler and has a valid drivers license (Fuel costs will be reimbursed)
- Robust local language and relationship-building skills
