We are looking for Sales & Service Executives to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and coordinate installation and service support for ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop business with hospitals, ophthalmologists, clinics, and distributors.

- Promote and sell ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.

- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.

- Coordinate equipment installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Coordinate with Application, Service, and Head Office teams.

- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records,



and daily/weekly activity reports.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in sales/service, preferably in ophthalmic or medical equipment.

- Knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic & surgical equipment is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.
