About the Role

Jovaki Agro Food India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales through effective outbound calling and customer engagement. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, presenting the company's products, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Effectively introduce, pitch, and promote the company's FMCG products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert qualified leads and enquiries into successful sales.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to improve lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Prepare and share regular sales performance and lead status updates with the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Outbound Sales.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
- Proven experience in generating and closing sales through outbound calling.
- Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospective customers into buyers.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting will be an added advantage.

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Office-Based

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
