Sales Executive – Pipes & Water Tanks

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the pipes and water tanks manufacturing industry to develop dealer/distributor networks, generate sales, manage customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dealer, distributor, retailer, plumber, contractor, and builder networks.
- Generate current business opportunities for pipes and water tank products.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, project sites, and customers regularly.
- Promote company products, product specifications, quality, and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Take orders and ensure timely coordination with the production and dispatch teams.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Expand market coverage and identify new territories and potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, products, market activity,



and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding product-related queries and complaints.
- Ensure proper product visibility and branding at dealer/retailer locations.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, outstanding reports, and market feedback.
- Support collection of payments as per company credit policies.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain updated records of customers, dealers, sales, orders, and market activities.

Product Knowledge The candidate should be willing to develop strong knowledge of:
- PVC / UPVC pipes and fittings
- CPVC pipes and fittings
- HDPE pipes, where applicable
- Agricultural and plumbing pipes
- Water storage tanks
- Pipe fittings and accessories
- Product sizes, applications, pressure classes, and specifications
- Company pricing, schemes, and commercial policies

Qualification Education: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
