SALES EXECUTIVE – HEALTHCARE

Reporting To: Founder / COO

AssistHealth is looking for Sales Executives with a healthcare background to build doctor relationships, drive memberships, and develop partnerships with hospitals, apartment communities, schools, corporates, and assisted-living communities.

This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on healthcare education, trust-building and care-coordination awareness — not tele-calling, insurance selling, or pressure-only sales.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATION

Candidates must have completed one of:

- BSc Nursing / GNM / ANM
- Allied Health Sciences — Physiotherapy, MLT, Radiology, OT, etc.
- Hospital Administration / Public Health with clinical exposure

Candidates without a healthcare or allied-health background will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Doctor & Hospital Engagement

- Build relationships with Oncology, Orthopaedics & Cardiology specialists
- Explain AssistHealth’s healthcare coordination model
- Support doctor onboarding and follow-ups

Membership Sales & Awareness

- Promote Basic, Premium & AHANA memberships
- Conduct awareness sessions and health drives
- Support diagnostic camps and convert qualified enquiries





Institutional Partnerships

- Engage RWAs, schools, corporates & assisted-living communities
- Support AHANA program onboarding and execution

Field Execution & Reporting

- Plan daily field visits and meetings
- Maintain doctor/institution interaction records
- Provide weekly performance updates
