About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and confident Sales Executive who understands cars and has hands-on or professional experience in car detailing, PPF, ceramic/graphene coatings, paint correction or related automotive services.

The ideal candidate should be able to speak to a car enthusiast as comfortably as they speak to a customer who knows very little about detailing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and in-person enquiries.
- Understand the customer's requirements and recommend the right service based on their car, usage and expectations.
- Explain PPF, ceramic/graphene coatings, paint correction, detailing and other services clearly.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare appropriate recommendations/quotes.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Build long-term relationships rather than focusing only on one-time sales.
- Coordinate with the detailing and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are communicated correctly.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up status and sales data.
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on detailing products, techniques, materials and industry developments.
- Represent Ronnie’s Garage professionally and maintain our approach of honest, transparent recommendations.

What We're Looking For




- 1–3 years of experience in automotive detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, car care or automotive sales.
- Strong knowledge of detailing and car protection services.
- Passionate about cars and genuinely interested in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with premium/high-value customers.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions rather than simply push packages.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Presentable, professional and confident.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant experience in automotive detailing or automotive sales.
- Solid knowledge of PPF, ceramic/graphene coatings, paint correction and detailing processes.
- Previous experience handling customers and closing sales.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Portfolio/profile or previous work experience in the automotive/detailing industry will be an advantage

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
