Draughtsman for Real Estate Company

Ability to read & understand Architectural construction drawings specifications, Update red mark drawings
Create & Maintain CAD library
Prepare drawings from very complex sketches, notes, details and/or verbal instructions.
Experience on MicroStation Connect preferred.
Capable of handling multiple Revit files and should be able to work on Revit projects independently.
Preparation of GFC / Working drawings for execution purpose. Co-ordinate with Team, various consultants and understanding Project requirement and resolving the challenges.
Valuable knowledge of all online Govt. web sites.
Experience in leading the modeling-related tasks and coordinating with clients to get the deliverables completed on schedule and budget.
Need to visit & co-ordinate with Officials of BMC, Estate Dept, Planning Dept. etc. as on when required.
