Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Design:
Review architectural and engineering designs to ensure feasibility, compliance with building codes, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors during the design and pre-construction phases.
Construction Oversight:
Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including developers, clients, and government authorities.
Provide technical advice and solutions to internal teams and external partners.
Budget and Cost Management:
Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Monitor expenses and work closely with the procurement team to select materials and vendors.
Quality Assurance:




Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Address defects and ensure timely resolution of any construction-related issues.
Team Leadership:
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of learning and skilled growth.
Lead engineering teams to deliver creative and sustainable construction solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.
5+ years of experience in construction or real estate projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
