We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Admission / Career Counsellor to drive student enrollments through meaningful engagement, personalized counselling, and strategic business development.
Freshers not eligible - Experience in an IT training institute is mandatory._
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and online inquiries
Conduct tele-counselling to guide students to the right course
Generate new inquiries via cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly admission targets through structured follow-up
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission data using CRM/internal systems
Build strong relationships and ensure a positive enrollment experience
Mandatory Requirements

Prior experience in IT training institute counselling / Ed-tech admissions





Proven track record of meeting sales/admission targets

Excellent communication in English + Hindi/Marathi

Solid persuasion, negotiation & follow-up skills

Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses

Basic computer literacy & familiarity with CRM tools

Self-driven, energetic, and team-oriented

Not Considered / Not Relevant -->

Teaching / academic instruction roles

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (BE/BTech/BCA/B.Sc preferred)
Diploma/Certification in Sales, Marketing, Counselling is a plus
Knowledge of IT/tech courses or industry trends will be an added advantage
