We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Analyst to join our Business Development team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, identifying qualified business opportunities, supporting outbound prospecting, marketplace bidding, lead research, proposal preparation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
Identify and research prospective clients across target industries.
Gather and analyze client business requirements.
Execute requirement discovery and business analysis activities.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and clients until a explicit outcome is achieved.
Develop personalized outreach messages and requirement documentation that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and proposed solution.

Marketplace & Proposal Management
Monitor project opportunities.




Analyze client requirements and identify suitable business prospects.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, bid responses, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and solution documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical inputs, project estimates, and solution recommendations.
Respond promptly to client queries, interview requests, requirement discussions, and proposal discussions.

Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate qualified B2B leads through multiple research channels.
Identify decision-makers and build accurate prospect databases.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records, sales activities, business requirements, and pipeline information.
Assist in preparing capability presentations, proposals, quotations, solution documents, and sales reports.
Coordinate meetings between prospects, clients, and the Business Development team.
Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery teams to support client acquisition, project execut
