Responsible for backup and retrieval of data
Monitoring of renders and image processes, Global data transfers and various troubleshooting tasks
Providing consistent and skilled level of departmental technical expertise and support to digital artists and the production teams
Manage and maintain all production-related data, both online and offline
Ingest media from vendors and clients to conform to facility standards for internal use.
Data management including creating and deleting shots, moving shots from server to server and transferring data to other locations such as external drives.
Ensure consistent data transfer between company base and sister facilities.
Process and distribute deliverable media for daily and critical client reviews.
Administration of departmental resources ensuring all records and databases are accurate and up to date.
Actively find ways to improve operational efficiency of the department and the facility.
