Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test embedded hardware and firmware for current and existing products.
Develop effective, reliable, and optimized embedded software using Embedded C/C++.
Design electronic schematics and support PCB design, hardware bring-up, and validation activities.
Interface and integrate peripherals and communication interfaces including:
UART
SPI
I2C
CAN
USB
Ethernet
GPIO
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize embedded hardware and firmware for performance, stability, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with hardware, software, mechanical, and testing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, firmware documentation, and test reports.
Support prototype development, product testing, validation, certification, and production release.
Ensure designs comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging embedded technologies and recommend improvements for future product development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded systems design and development.
Solid programming skills in Embedded C/C++.
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as:
ARM Cortex
STM32
PIC
AVR
ESP32
or equivalent platforms
Experience with communication protocols including:
UART
SPI
I2C
CAN
USB
Ethernet
Familiarity with RTOS concepts such as FreeRTOS.
Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar software is an advantage.
Hands-on experience using debugging and testing tools including:
JTAG Debuggers
Oscilloscopes
Logic Analyzers
Multimeters
