Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the service center.
Attend phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Manage customer service records and job cards.
Coordinate with technicians regarding service updates.
Maintain appointment schedules and customer follow-ups.
Handle billing, invoices, and basic computer data entry.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Friendly, polite, and well-groomed personality.

Working Hours
10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
