Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform post-closing operations, including auditing mortgage loan files and verifying accurate fee balancing between Closing Disclosure (CD) and Loan Estimate (LE).
Review and validate post-closing documents, including recorded deeds and title policies, to ensure compliance with secondary market requirements.
Conduct document review and quality control for critical mortgage documents, including:

Closing Disclosure (CD)
Title Insurance Policy
Flood Certification
Perform comprehensive mortgage due diligence, including credit, underwriting, and collateral due diligence.
Identify document discrepancies, data inaccuracies, and potential compliance issues.
Proactively identify manufacturing defects, mitigate financial risks, and ensure adherence to client and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accuracy and quality standards while meeting process turnaround times and productivity targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in US Mortgage Operations, Post-Closing, Quality Control, or Mortgage Due Diligence.
Positive understanding of mortgage documentation and loan closing processes.
Knowledge of Closing Disclosure (CD), Loan Estimate (LE), Mortgage/Deed of Trust, Title Insurance, and Flood Certification.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to identify discrepancies and assess potential financial and compliance risks.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
