Job Summary

Khodiyar CAD Center is looking for an energetic and student-focused Student Counselor to handle student enquiries, provide course and career guidance, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone and online enquiries from students.
Counsel students regarding courses, programs, career options and placement prospects.
Make calls on leads provided through the ERP/CRM system and convert enquiries into admissions.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and generate walk-ins and registrations.
Explain Khodiyar's courses, training programs and career perks effectively.
Build strong relationships with students and generate admissions through references.
Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up and admission records in the database.
Coordinate with Marketing,



Business Development and Training teams.
Support marketing events, seminars, campaigns and student activities.
Help students understand industry requirements and career opportunities in design and engineering.
Handle the complete counselling-to-admission process and achieve assigned targets.
Provide a positive experience to students and parents throughout the admission process.
Excellent English, Hindi and Gujarati communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Pleasant and presentable personality.
Student-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working with admission targets.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Quick learner with good analytical and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, energetic and a robust team player.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
