Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students for Cybersecurity programs (Ethical Hacking, CEH, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.)
Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable certification tracks
Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and virtual platforms
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year experience in Cybersecurity / Tech certification sales
Robust communication and convincing skills




Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Basic understanding of Cybersecurity career paths
Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
