- Generate & qualify new leads
- Understand client requirements & business needs
- Conduct online/offline product demos
- Manage the complete sales cycle Lead Demo Follow-up Closure
- Build strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding & support
- Maintain CRM, sales reports & follow-ups

- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong sales, negotiation & convincing abilities
- Confidence in conducting product demos
- Customer-focused approach
- CRM knowledge
- Valuable follow-up & relationship management skills
- MS Office proficiency
