Job Summary

As an RPA Support Specialist, you will monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and support UiPath automations running in production. You will work closely with developers, business users, and cross-functional teams to ensure our digital workforce operates reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Support & Monitoring

- Monitor production bots and automation processes.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve automation failures.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Monitor UiPath Orchestrator queues, jobs, assets, logs, and robot health.
- Ensure maximum bot uptime.

2. Incident Management

- Respond to production alerts and support tickets.
- Debug automation failures and implement permanent fixes.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with business users during incidents.

3. Bot Maintenance & Enhancements

- Perform bug fixes and minor enhancements.
- Maintain existing automation workflows.
- Support deployments and post-release validation.

4. Documentation

- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
- Document incidents and resolutions.

5. Collaboration

- Work with RPA Developers, Business Analysts, QA, and Operations teams.
- Participate in stand-ups, incident reviews, and knowledge sharing.

6. Process Improvement

- Identify recurring production issues.
- Recommend improvements for bot stability and monitoring.

7. Compliance & Governance

- Follow HIPAA, security, privacy,



and governance standards.

8. Continuous Learning

- Stay updated on UiPath, APIs, AI capabilities, and automation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of production support experience.
- Experience supporting production automations.
- Good knowledge of UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Experience with debugging, exception handling, queues, assets, and REFramework.
- Experience with web, Excel, PDF, and email automations.
- Basic API knowledge is a plus.
- Git knowledge preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

- UiPath Certified Professional or UiPath Academy Advanced Training.
- Healthcare automation exposure is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, or .NET is beneficial.
- Experience writing technical documentation and runbooks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
