About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Associate who can drive client acquisition, handle presentations, and contribute to company growth through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and generate new business prospects
Follow up on leads and convert them into business prospects
Build and maintain long-term client relationships




Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and project discussions
Client Presentation & Communication
Conduct client presentations and company demos
Represent the company during meetings, webinars, and business events
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business reports
Maintain professional communication with clients and partners
Support branding and promotional activities when required

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Sales, negotiation, and convincing ability
Confidence in client handling and public interaction
Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
MBA preferred but not mandatory
