Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management
Handle end-to-end procurement of CAPEX and Non-CAPEX items for RO water treatment projects and operations.
Source materials, equipment, spare parts, chemicals, consumables, and services from approved vendors.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and recommend cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement.

Coordination & Process Compliance
Coordinate with HCC Gurugram and other stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are completed as per company SOPs.
Follow established approval workflows and procurement procedures.
Track order status, deliveries, and vendor commitments to ensure timely project execution.




Resolve procurement-related issues with vendors.

MIS & Documentation
Prepare, update, and maintain procurement MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintain records of quotations, comparison sheets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor details.
Track procurement budgets, expenditures, and savings.

Inventory & Material Tracking
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of critical items.
Maintain stock records and material movement reports.
Coordinate with project sites for material requirements and delivery status.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
