Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, FirstCry, and Shopify website.
Create and update product content, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations teams to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
Customer Experience from track order, returns, refunds, and customer feedback.
Execute and monitor marketplace promotions, deals
Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain catalogue accuracy and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Support customer service queries related to orders and products.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
