Hiring: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities.
Manage property acquisitions, leasing, and renewals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with landlords, tenants, and vendors.
Conduct market research and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Monitor property performance and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:
Regular basis MBA in Sales & Marketing
Proven experience in real estate management, leasing, or property operations.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management tools.

Location: Plot No. 52, 1st floor, jacaranda Marg, DLF phase 2, Gurgaon (Haryana)
Experience: 3 to 10 Years
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: 30k to 80k (Depend on your Interview & Experience)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
