Key Responsibilities
Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth:
Achieve branch-level sales targets across financial fitness products:
Goal planning, budgeting & taxation
Loans, insurance, investments & estate planning
Provide customized financial advisory to HNI & retail clients
Build long-term client relationships, improve retention and wallet share:
Analyze sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue metrics:
Lead and manage sales teams & channel partners:
Execute lead generation via telecalling, referrals, local marketing & partnerships
Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance

Eligibility & Skills
8+ years experience in BFSI / Wealth Management / Financial Services Sales:
Robust expertise in client acquisition, revenue management & analytics:
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills




Robust understanding of financial products and compliance norms

Certifications (preferred)
CFP preferred:
NISM XA-XB (or willingness to pursue)
