Follow up with prospective customers for subscription conversion.
Coordinate subscription renewals with existing customers.
Customer Support
Understand customer issues and resolve them or coordinate with the technical team.
Maintain excellent customer relationships.

B. Business Operations
Schedule meetings for the Managing Director.
Coordinate with clients, brokers, resellers, vendors and business partners.
Prepare meeting notes and follow-up action items.
Assist in day-to-day business operations.

C. Product Learning & Testing
Learn Algoji software products thoroughly.
Test new software features before release.




Prepare documentation and testing reports.
Create easy-to-understand notes for internal use.

D. Market Research
Study stock market trends.
Research trading platforms, brokers and competitors.
Research recent product ideas and customer requirements.
Suggest improvements based on research.

E. Marketing Support
Create presentations whenever required.
Help manage company social media platforms.
Assist in creating videos and promotional content.
Support webinar and product launch activities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
