Responsible for preparing, controlling, and supplying sizing chemicals that improve the paper's resistance to water, ink penetration, and surface quality.
Prepare rosin size, AKD (Alkyl Ketene Dimer), ASA (Alkenyl Succinic Anhydride), starch, and other sizing agents.
Maintain correct chemical concentration according to production requirements.
Monitor and adjust the dosage of sizing chemicals added to the pulp stock.
Ensure uniform mixing of chemicals with pulp.
Check paper sizing properties such as water resistance and ink holdout.
Coordinate with the quality control department to maintain product specifications.
Store chemicals safely according to safety procedures.
Observe pumps, agitators, tanks, pipelines, and dosing systems.
Identify and rectify issues such as blockages, leaks, or incorrect chemical feed rates.
Maintain daily records of chemical consumption,



stock levels, and process parameters and shoud be ability for Quality control awareness.
Prepare reports for supervisors and production management.
Follow safety procedures while handling chemicals.
Respond appropriately to chemical spills or emergencies.
Work closely with pulp mill operators, paper machine operators, and laboratory staff.
Adjust sizing parameters based on paper grade and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
