Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Run full-cycle hiring, screen resumes, and onboard staff.
Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances, mediate disputes, and build a positive workplace culture.
Compliance & Policy: Implement company policies and ensure adherence to local employment and labor laws.
Payroll & Advantages: Coordinate attendance, track inputs for payroll, and manage employee perks.
Performance & Training: Oversee appraisals, set goals, and organize staff training programs.
