Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of POS / retail billing software operations. Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking. Basic understanding of SQL or databases (preferred). Positive communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred). Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field. Experience in restaurant POS, retail billing software, or ERP support will be an advantage.
