Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify CNC programs for production using Mastercam.
Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time, tooling cost, and improve productivity.
Prepare and edit CNC programs as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Handle production planning, process improvement, and shop floor coordination.
Guide and supervise CNC operators as a team leader.
Ensure quality standards through inspection and process control.
Use quality measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Master, CMM, Profile Projector, Roughness Tester, and Burnishing Tools.
Maintain production records and support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Mastercam (Minimum 2 Years)
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD (Minimum 4 Years)
Knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling techniques
Experience in production control and team handling
Ability to troubleshoot machining issues
Positive knowledge of MS Office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
