Key Responsibilities:
Handle client shoots independently including: Shooting doctor/client interviews, reels, promotional videos, B-rolls, and other content formats
Managing camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio quality
Manage end-to-end video editing: Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), promotional videos, and long-form content
Add engaging transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music
Create platform-specific edits for Instagram, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns
Create social media creatives and graphic designs: Designing social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, and promotional banners
Handle offline branding and print design requirements: Design brochures, standees, clinic banners, posters, flyers, event creatives, and other print collateral
Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into impactful visuals

Required Experience & Skills:




1+ years of skilled experience in graphic designing and video production
Robust portfolio showcasing: Client shoots, Social media creatives, Brand videos, Reels/short-form content, Print designs
Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (preferred), Canva/Figma (added advantage)
Valuable understanding of: Social media trends and content formats, Video storytelling and visual communication, Print production requirements, Ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery

Someone who can act as a complete creative resource — from shooting content → editing videos → designing creatives → preparing offline marketing materials.

Prior experience working with agencies, healthcare brands, corporate clients, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
