Job Description:
Job Purpose

The main objective of the Barista is to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. Through exemplary customer service and a deep knowledge of coffee, the Barista will ensure a satisfying coffee experience for every customer. This role requires the ability to skillfully operate espresso machines and other equipment, as well as effectively handle orders and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
Demonstrating skills in coffee brewing techniques and understanding of different coffee beans and their flavor profiles
Operating espresso machines and other equipment effectively
Providing excellent customer service and displaying solid communication skills when interacting with customers
Handling customer orders efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques
Adequate knowledge of various coffee beans and their distinct flavor profiles
Experience in operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment
Aptitude for providing high-quality customer service
