Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning
Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and overall upkeep
Monitor stock levels, ensure proper replenishment, and minimize wastage
Sales & Revenue Management
Drive store sales and achieve assigned targets
Execute in-store promotions and sales strategies
Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve results
Customer Experience
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty
Team Management
Lead, train,



and motivate store staff to achieve business goals
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Inventory Management
Manage stock availability and conduct regular inventory audits
Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment
Ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices
Visual Merchandising
Maintain attractive and organized product displays
Implement seasonal and promotional visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
Compliance & Safety

Reporting & Analysis
