Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide information regarding company services and assist customers throughout the process.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers regarding their requests and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
