Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted business advisor,



drive the People Strategy and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
Plan and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
Partner with business leaders on talent management, including coaching and consultation, project evaluations, performance reviews, talent review meetings and upward feedback
Oversee key people processes and HR transactions such as onboarding, exits, performance management, compensation and bonus administration, versatile work arrangements, workers’ compensation claims, immigration matters and efforts related to the employee experience
Understand the talent ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle and craft integrated HR solutions that are reinforced by upstream and downstream talent programs develop strategic plans
Analyze HR data and generate actionable insights through dashboards and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI to support strategic workforce decis
