Medigurukulam is a fast-growing EdTech platform dedicated to empowering medical and paramedical students through high-quality educational solutions. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth and expand our channel partner network in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, distributors, and business associates.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential partners.
Drive channel expansion and market development within the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Train and support channel partners to maximize sales performance.
Submit daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Channel Expansion and Business Development experience is mandatory.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi) is mandatory.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
